High Resolution Plates: Photoplates producing imaged patterns with resolution capability down to one micron or less in dimension. These high resolution plates are typically used to produce photomasks used inthe manufacturing of other micro-imaged components such as semiconductors, hybrid circuits, thin film patterns, MEMS, Micro machining, optical components, scales, grids, medical array patterns, etc.
