Kodak High Resolution Plates

Kodak High Resolution Plates: A silver halide photographic plate designed for high resolution photomask applications. The plate developes an optical density of 3.0+ when exposed and developed in MTI D-5 Negative Developer. This plate was discontinued by Kodak in December of 2002. MTI still carries a small inventory until supply lasts. It is availabe in all sizes up to 8x10"
