Chrome Photomask Developer

Chrome Photomask Developer: Narrow bands of wavelengths of light are used to expose the photosensitive materials used to micro-image the resulting product; thus comes the name MICRO for microscopic imaging and CHROME for the colors of light used in individual processes. This exposed photoresist will become soluble in the Chrome Photomask Developer resulting in a void or window within the resist. This imaged window in the resist will allow the chrome etchant to dissolve the unlying chrome metal layer through this pattern.
